I think you can join every race apart from the events which take place at the Rockingham track.To join you just have to join the server on time. You can find the password for the server below this chatbox.

Rockingham track limits
This weekend we have planned a GT300 race at Rockingham. We would like to clarify the track limits at this specific track.
A large part of this track consists of the oval speedway. At the turns, the bottom track edge is defined as a double white line as in the following pictures:
Driving below this double white line during qualification and/or the race to gain time is not allowed (emergency situations not included). A driver disobeying this rule may be penalized for gaining time/position outside the track limits.
