I think you can join every race apart from the events which take place at the Rockingham track.

To join you just have to join the server on time. You can find the password for the server below this chatbox.

Hi. Im completely new to the game and the forum. I'm looking to race with like minded folks and perhaps spend some time on team speak and/or ventrilo getting some hints and tips from more experienced users.

Hello and welcome

The league races are on every sunday, but its always a good idea to join the race server midweek for practice. Usually around 19:00 there are several drivers on the server which you could ask for setups or advice.

Don't let the upcoming combo with the RAC on fernbay discourage you, its the most challenging race of the season. The track is long and quite complicated and the car very hard to control.

You can see the race calendar on the top right of this page. If you click on the next event which is called "RAC/FZ5 Fern Bay Black reversed" you will see all the info you need.

There are two leagues going on. One is the standard league called "S2" which features a selection of every car/track. These races are always on the S2 server. You can find the server information on the right side, if you scroll down a bit. The track for the upcoming race is always already hosted on the league server so you can use it for practice.
There is also a side league which has some kind of theme to it, it can be formula cars only or something different. At the moment we have a race series going on where the top5 drivers in the current standing have to add addionatal ballast to their car.
The side league is usually hosted on the [FOR] server.

There's a class system. At the end of each season, you get assigned a class of 1, 2 and 3 for the next season depending on how well you did. People who are new take class 4. If you look at http://www.absolute-beginners.nl/page.php?3 you can see separate tables for each class. The server won't let you on the track without a number.
